Beth is a busy mom of three with a full-time career who has gotten great results from indoor cycling -- she's lost weight, relieved stress, and achieved high levels of endurance she didn't think were possible.  In this video, Beth shares her personal story of what it was really like getting started and how she got hooked!

How beth got started with indoor cycling

  • Beth went with a group of friends at work to a female-only gym.  They were all young mothers who didn't have time to workout in the morning or evening, so they went during lunch.
  • Indoor cycling offered a high intensity workout in a short period of time.
  • Beth loved it and hated it at the same time.  It was hard and she was sweating bullets but she knew it was working and pushed her body pretty hard.

Benefits of Indoor Cycling

  • Manage stress *big time*
  • Socially engage with others outside of family or a formal work setting 
  • Weight loss (Beth lost 30 pounds in 2 years)
  • More endurance (Beth went on a beach vacation and was able to bike outside in high-humidity, 90-degree weather.....it didn't faze her at all!)
